Half payments must be completed before the commencement of any service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Invoices will be issued with the payment details, including the amount, due date, and acceptable payment methods.
• Payments must be made in USD or Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  
• We are not responsible for delays in service due to delayed or failed payments.

   • Any payment made after project initiation or service commencement is generally non-refundable.

      

   • Services that involve digital products, campaigns, or custom content are non-refundable once started.

   • Refunds may be considered in rare cases such as duplicate payments, failure to provide service by Diyoj Media, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

      

   • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@diyojmedia.com with proof of payment and a valid reason.

      

3. Processing Refunds:
   

    

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

      

   • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
